a sleeper hit with judy dench,,,that's how they are describing the movie.....welllllllll my girlfriend loved it and I liked it and would wait for the DVD...it was definitely slow going ,, the story was true and that was sad to hear...to think that convents were like that back then is hard to imagine .....I give this movie a 7 out of 10 or a big C...not for the younger generation because they would be bored....

I like anything that Judy Dench is in. I liked this movie but it definitely was a slow moving one ... knowing it was a true story made up for it. Tessa was with us for this one and we ended up having to explain a bunch to her .... giving her more of a historical context.
